Your responsibilities:
- Representing our company by being the contact person for our patients.
- Screening patients (no sales calls, pure customer service).
- Being part of the team, where your main task is to help doctors and patients to connect with each other.
Your profile:
- You speak Finnish (mother-tongue) and English.
- You have worked as a Nurse, CRA, or a position in the medical field.
- You might need to call patients and follow a strict screener.
- You have an understanding of medical topics.
- You have initial experience in handling customers’ requests via phone and email, ideally, you have even already worked in a Call Center before.
- You are well-organized and a confident communicator with the desire to provide a first-class service to customers.
- You can work in the morning, noon, afternoon and if necessary evening time.

Getting to know each other
Here the first important information is exchanged during a phone interview so that you can get to know our company and we can learn something about you.
Team fit & skills
If you and we want to continue, we will see if our team and you will fit on a cultural and skill level. This will be done via one or more personal and detailed interviews. Maybe an assessment center is also carried out during this evaluation step.
Offer
If the outcome of the interviews is still positive for both parties, the last step is contract negotiation and a subsequent contract signing.
